ITnova is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to maintain and enhance our Salesforce environment. This role involves managing user access, configuring system settings, and ensuring data integrity to support business operations.

Scope of work:

The City of Philadelphia, Department of Aviation is seeking a qualified vendor to implement Salesforce solutions to streamline sales, guest experience services, and marketing automation initiatives. This project aims to integrate Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud with existing systems, enhance data strategy, and advance marketing automation to optimize customer relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Salesforce user setup, permissions, and security settings.

Configure and customize Salesforce workflows, reports, and dashboards.

Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.

Maintain data integrity through audits and deduplication strategies.

Provide training and support to Salesforce users.

Assist with system upgrades and new feature deployments.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

Salesforce Administrator Certification preferred.

Experience with Salesforce customization, workflows, and reports.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Knowledge of data management and security best practices.

Preferred

Experience working with airports or within the aviation sector

Experience working on projects of similar complexity and scope

Experience in the following

Software design, integration, testing and support.

Large -scale project management experience.

Wireless technology, especially development and implementation experience.

Previous implementation of Salesforce.

Previous experience and installation of municipal, state or federal information systems.

Network monitoring and management services.

Network maintenance and upgrade services.
