Job Description

We are seeking a Store Manager Assistant to join our team! You will be assisting the manager and overseeing and coordinating the activities of the retail sales team.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with sales team to enhance sales performance .

Assist on sales floor to close sales .

Maintain organized and accurate paperwork, ensuring all filing tasks are completed .

Track and manage sales pers 'Spiffs and commissions '.

Handle escalated customer complaints, create service tickets, and follow up with both customers and manufacturers to ensure resolution .

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Excellent written and communication skills
