Roofing Project Manager

Reporting to the president, the roofing project manager will be responsible for managing projects from beginning to closeout, while ensuring that all associated work is performed timely, accurately, cost-effectively, and in accordance with applicable plans, specifications, and industry regulations.

Essential Job Responsibilities

Coordinate and supervise all stages of a roofing project, from initial planning to completion

Estimate project costs and create budgets.

Prepare schedules and ensure deadlines are met.

Monitor the progress of the project and make necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion.

Ensure safety regulations and building codes are strictly adhered to.

Communicate with clients regularly to provide updates and address any concerns.

Manage roofing teams, assign tasks, and ensure high-quality workmanship.

Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the project.

Order and manage materials and equipment.

Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and client expectations.

Conduct post-project evaluation to assess success and identify areas for improvement.

Essential Qualifications

Proven experience as a Roofing Project Manager or similar role.

Extensive knowledge of roofing systems and construction processes.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

A degree in construction management, architecture or related field is a plus.
