EASING CONSULTANT NEEDED – START WORKING WITHIN A WEEK!

We are actively seeking experienced Leasing Consultants for Full-time, part-time, temp to hire opportunities in Property Management. Flexible weekly schedules available!

Requirements:

Experience with Property Management

Professional attitude and polished appearance

Strong computer and communication skills

Experience with property management software such as AppFolio, Yardi, Rent Cafe, Voyager or Knock

Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and assist current and prospective residents

Conduct property tours, showcasing apartment homes and amenities

Qualify prospective residents and manage leasing paperwork

Assist with general office tasks and community management functions

Address resident inquiries and service requests professionally

Follow up with prospective residents to close leases
