Job Description
Made You Look is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer with exceptional skills in branding, print, and web design. Experience in video editing is also a plus and is a huge differentiator in candidates who apply for this position. We need someone who can take ownership of a project and see it through to completion. Must be able to keep up with a fast-paced, small agency environment.
Responsibilities:
Creative strategy & execution
Must be able to map out an entire campaign. What's the big idea? What are the goals? What's the call to action? How will we measure success?
Fulfill creative requests for print advertisements, websites, email blasts, and social media campaigns
Manage multiple projects and directly communicate with clients
Manage freelance contractors and occasional copywriting tasks
Qualifications:
Good work ethic, honest, strong portfolio
Creatively solve branding and design challenges
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in graphic design, visual communication, advertising or related field
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Dreamweaver. Premiere and After Effects is also highly preferred, but not required
Must have working knowledge of HTML & CSS. Proficiency in WordPress is also required
A minimum of 7 years graphic design experience with an agency or in-house creative team
Ability to follow client direction, maintain brand standards and work collaboratively with Creative Director
Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, accountability and an outstanding attention to detail
Strong conceptual and creative thinking skills, as well as a solid knowledge of typography, color theory, UI design and layout principlesCompany Description
