Truck Driver

Job Description

Safely operate a commercial truck to deliver freight to various locations nationwide.

Manage delivery schedules, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance when needed.

Use the Cloud Trucks app for real-time tracking, route optimization, and communications.

Comply with all traffic laws and DOT regulations.

Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and customer service.

You'll be contracted on with Schneider as a driver for a owner operator.

You'll be home everyday driving back and forth from Atlanta to Savannah/port or the yard.

Qualifications:

Valid CDL A and Twic Card

Minimum 3 months of verifiable over-the-road truck driving experience.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and the ability to troubleshoot minor issues.

Must be reliable, punctual, and dedicated to delivering excellent service.

pay rate is 1200 weekly

Sign on bonus of 6k paid over 23 weeks
