Compensation: $45K–$60K Base + Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonuses

What You’ll Do:

Drive Revenue: Generate leads, close deals, and build long-term relationships

Own Projects: From pitch to completion, manage client needs and internal coordination

Solve Problems: Offer custom solutions for commercial and Industrial clients

Stay Ahead: Keep up with trends and technologies in construction & electrical work

What We’re Looking For:

Proven sales experience (construction/electrical is a big plus)

Self-starter with strong communication and negotiation skills

Comfortable managing projects and timelines

Driven, energetic, and ready to win—every single day

Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
