Job Description

As a Data Scientist joining Logic20/20’s Advanced Analytics practice, you’ll transform data into powerful insights capable of driving enlightened decision-making. You’ll work closely with the client to understand their business needs, then frame those needs as statistical problems and solve them with leading-edge methodologies. Along the way, you’ll be a part of a diverse team of machine learning engineers, data engineers, analysts, and technical project managers, each contributing their own unique skillsets in creating world-class solutions.

What you’ll do:

Learn and deploy new programming languages, algorithms, and applications

Quantify the value of existing data and provide roadmaps for future development

Model knowledge of machine learning techniques and develop solutions in Python, SQL, and/or R

Grasp opportunities to broaden your scope into the realms of data engineering and data visualization

Build models of customer satisfaction that provide detailed insight into what drives customer actions

Research and design statistical models to answer target questions, optimize processes and outcomes, and inform decision-making

Qualifications

Must have:

5+ years of strong Python experience

2+ years of experience developing and deploying Computer Vision models that operate at scale

Cloud experience with Azure, AWS, and/or GCP

Experience building statistical models

Knowledge of statistics and machine learning techniques

Experience building data pipelines

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Preferred:

Master’s degree or PhD in machine learning, statistics, computer science, data mining, math, or any quantitative discipline

Experience working in the utilities industry

Consulting experience

Additional Information

Compensation range: $120,000-$162,000 annually
