Job Title: QA Automation Tester (Selenium)

Location: Minneapolis, MN - Hybrid

Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver with Java / Python / C#.

Analyze business and technical requirements to create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.

Identify, log, and track defects using bug tracking tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or Bugzilla.

Perform regression, functional, UI, and smoke testing across multiple browsers and platforms.

Work closely with developers to understand new features and validate them through automated testing.

Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives.

Maintain and improve the automation framework for scalability and maintainability.

Integrate automated tests with CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in QA automation using Selenium WebDriver.

Proficiency in one or more programming languages used in Selenium testing (Java, Python, or C#).

Solid understanding of test automation frameworks (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, NUnit).

Experience with version control tools (e.g., Git).

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
