THE OPPORTUNITY:

Are you a driven, experienced professional ready to lead and inspire? We’re looking for a Manager to join our Tax and Audit & Attest (A&A) teams and make a significant impact on our clients and the firm’s success. As a Manager, you'll have the opportunity to shape the direction of engagements, mentor future leaders, and deliver innovative solutions to a diverse range of clients.

LOCATIONS: Hybrid or Onsite - Washington State, Western WA (Whatcom, Skagit, Snohomish, King and Pierce County), Central WA (Wenatchee, Yakima, Tri-Cities) Eastern WA (Spokane area) Oregon State, Remote or Hybrid - (Portland Area, Salem, Eugene, Bend, and Medford)

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Lead client engagements from start to finish, overseeing the execution of audits or tax projects.

Supervise, mentor, and develop staff, fostering their growth within the firm.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying opportunities for strategic advice and services.

Review financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance and accuracy.

Collaborate with senior leadership on business development initiatives and practice management.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA required.

5+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus in Tax or Audit & Attest.

Proven ability to manage and develop teams effectively.

Strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients and team members at all levels.

Compensation Range: $78,000-140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
