As an Associate Graphic Project Manager, you will own the routing of packaging graphics artwork for approval by key client stakeholders and the review and accuracy of production art proofs.

Duties and Responsibilities Include
Review and upload packaging graphics artwork in an electronic system for routing and approval (Clarity, an ESKO WebCenter-based application), track and follow up on routing, and provide support as needed
Serve as first-level technical support to the client for the artwork routing system
Responsible for training all Clarity approvers and administrators, adding new printers to the Clarity system and requesting their training
Provide backup support to the Graphics Project Managers during high volume and vacations
Learn the packaging process and inputs required for the successful execution of production art
Collaborate with the packaging graphics team to clarify discrepancies or inconsistencies in incoming information
Become familiar with technical challenges in adapting a given design to meet the print suppliers' capabilities and collaborate with the Team Leader to escalate as necessary
Proactively keep the lines of communication between internal and external partners open to resolve technical and design problems
Hold team members accountable for delivering accurate final artwork
Management of the Epson proofer, including calibration, ink, and paper supplies, as well as review of incoming proofs against project requirements before distribution to clients
Serve as first-level technical support for proofing computer software and proofing devices
Qualifications Include:
College degree or equivalent experience within an appropriate discipline, such as Business, Graphic Arts, Marketing, or Advertising, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the key accountabilities of the job required
1 to 2 years' experience in project management, customer service, or packaging graphics management preferred
CPG consumer product company knowledge or experience is a plus
Basic project management and organization skills
Basic knowledge of consumer products packaging, creative design and production artwork
Strong communication skills, plus the ability to establish, grow and maintain relationships
