Job Summary:

Under the general direction of the Chief Operating Officer, the Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all phases of a construction project, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring it's completed on time, within budget, and to the client's specifications. All efforts should be done in alignment with the strategic vision and core values of the company, and they are intended to support our continued commitment to the highest level of ethics, integrity, and excellence in all aspects of the company's operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Developing project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensuring they are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Establish effective communications with all project stakeholders, maintaining positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, material suppliers and Gabe’s personal.

Track project metrics, including production, budget vs actuals, schedule, quality, safety, union needs.

Prepare, submit and track project submittals.

Maintain Project related records for assigned projects, including contracts, purchase orders, and change orders from customers; subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, and COIs with all subcontractors and material suppliers; and ensuring that all customer billings and sub/supplier payments coincide with project construction.

Provide necessary input into bid packages and bid worksheets as needed, along with supporting the Operational and Estimating Team for constructability and risk assessments for each project.

Drive company results from both an operational and financial perspective working closely with the COO, CFO and other key executive team members.

Travel to jobsites as needed for site visits and necessary project meetings.

Perform other duties as assigned.Skills Required:

Strong understanding of HDD and Open Trench construction practices, project management methods and construction standards

Proven track record managing large-scale HDD and Open Trench projects.

Deep understanding of HDD equipment, tooling, and techniques.

Ability to gather, analyze and present data

Excellent written and verbal communication needed to interact with various stakeholders – internal and external

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Data analysis skills to identify trends, assess performance, and make informed decisions.

Effective verbal and written communication to clearly convey information across different levels of the organization.

Ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex projects to achieve desired outcomes.
