Job Title: CNC Machinist
Job Description
Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, and/or grinders to produce a wide variety of parts for use within a ide variety of industries. Work with various metals to mill, turn, and bore parts, following oral and written instructions, blueprints, sketches, and process sheets. Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. The primary materials machined will be titanium and 410-stainless steel.

Perform conversational edits and tooling changes.
Read and interpret blueprints and process sheets.
Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accuracy.
Machine primarily titanium and 410-stainless steel parts.Essential Skills
At least 3 years of CNC machining experience.
Proficiency in CNC setup, operation, and tooling changes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Experience with precision measurement tools.
CNC programming and CMM experience.
Familiarity with 5-axis machining.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with DMG Mori and Dooson CNC lathe/grinder.
Familiarity with union environments is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment
Work in a modern, well-lit, clean, and climate-controlled facility. The facility operates as a union environment with all hourly employees being part of the United Steelworkers Union (USW). Work shifts include 2nd shift hours from M-F, 3P to 11P, and 3rd shift hours from Sun-Th, 11P-7A (starting Sunday night). Training is conducted on the 1st shift for about 1.5 months before transitioning to the official shift. Note that cell phones are not permitted on the production floor.

This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $57158.40 - $57158.40/yr.
PAID HOLIDAYS -- 12 holidays per calendar year and 2 personal holidays per Union contract year
VACATION – 2 weeks’ of vacation after completing 6-months of employment; vacation resets on 1/1 of each calendar year
RETIREMENT/401(K) PLAN – Option to invest your contributions on a Pre-tax or Roth (After-tax) basis. Automatic enrollment at 3% unless you elect differently.
Automatic 3% company contribution into your account on a per pay period basis (regardless of your
participation, 1 year vesting)
HEALTH CARE BENEFITS (effective 1st of month following or coincident with date of hire)
