We are hiring for Food Production Operators! In Caldwell, ID

Job Description

The Production Line Operator is responsible for running a production line safely and efficiently. The Production Operator will be fully trained to be able to run a full line, from dough mixing to tortilla packaging, and will be responsible for the overall performance of the line.

Responsibilities

Will help running a production line safely and efficiently.

Operate the full line from dough mixing to tortilla packaging.

Ensure the overall performance of the production line.

Maintain excellent quality standards.

Follow directions well and work independently within a team environment.

Being able to lift 35 lbs

Shifts:

12 hour shifts! Standing no sitting!

Day Shift: 5:30am - 5:30pm

Night Shift: 5:30pm - 5:30amPay:

$18-24 (Based on resume experience, determined in the interview)

Essential Skills

Strong work ethic and reliability

Experience with food manufacturing

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work with manufacturing equipment

Good hand-eye coordination

High attention to detail

Ability to work quickly and methodically

Basic reading, writing, and math skillsAdditional Skills & Qualifications

Strong organizational skills

Focus on maintaining excellent quality

Candidates must be willing to submit to a drug and ba ckground screening

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $29.00/hr.
