We are seeking an Assembler to join our team in Merritt Island, FL. The role involves performing various assembly tasks such as gunking, glassing, fitting, and installing components with precision and skill. Responsibilities
Perform sub-assembly and assembly tasks including gunking, glassing, installing deck hardware, and bilge system work.
Assist team members and fitters/installers in their tasks.
Conduct a limited amount of cabinet fitting.
Responsible for installing cabinets, floors, cockpits, benches, and any other installation tasks as assigned.
Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills
High School Education or GED equivalent.
Knowledge of hand tools.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Capability to multi-task effectively.
Proficiency in reading and understanding prints and production schedules.
Experience working in a hot and dusty environment.
Ability to work with suspended loads and heavy lifting.
Understanding of hazardous chemical handling and disposal.
Knowledge of mechanical objects.Work Environment
The work environment is dynamic and requires safety awareness at all times. Employees must understand basic safety terminology and comply with regulatory agencies such as OSHA and DEP. The role involves wearing personal protective equipment like safety glasses, hearing protection, and gloves. The job requires physical stamina, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, and spending long hours on your feet. The shift schedule is Monday to Thursday, from 5:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $25.00/hr.
