Schedule: 2:15PM-10:45PM +Overtime can work up to 12:30am *MUST HAVE PRVIOUS EXPERIENCE*

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the 2nd shift team to achieve production goals and maintain quality standards.

Coordinate daily tasks, manage team performance, and ensure efficiency on the production floor.

Ensure safe and effective operation of forklifts and equipment.

Provide ongoing guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Monitor shift operations and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and production goals.

Enforce safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.

Report production metrics and address any production or team issues.

Be flexible with overtime hours as needed to meet production demands.

Requirements:

Must have 3+ years of forklift experience.

Must have 3+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.

Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs.

Must be flexible and willing to work overtime as needed.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining a positive work environment.

Strong commitment to safety and process improvement.
