Job Title: Outbound Picker

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various tasks to support the efficient operation of our worksite. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

Put away stock coming off the truck.

Use an RF Scanner to ensure all inventory is correctly located on shelves.

Pick items and prepare them for packaging and shipment.Essential Skills

General labor experience.

Experience with a forklift (ideally stand up, but sit-down experience is acceptable).

Experience with a cherry picker.

Comfortable working at heights.

8+ months of job tenure in the most recent jobs.Why Work Here?

Employees are eligible for yearly reviews and raises based on attendance and performance, typically around 3%. Promotions are considered internally before external candidates. The facility is temperature-controlled.

Work Environment

The work hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4:30 pm, with one 30-minute unpaid lunch break and two 15-minute paid breaks. Employees must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
