This is a hybrid role based in Pennington, NJ, with in-office collaboration on Wednesdays and Thursdays. These team days are core to how we share ideas, stay aligned, and build momentum together.

Who We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive QA Automation Engineer to help us expand and elevate our testing processes. In this role, you’ll collaborate with developers and product owners to validate new features, identify bugs early, and ensure we deliver high-quality software to our clients. You’ll play a critical role in developing automated frameworks and contributing to the overall QA strategy of the Speakcore platform.

What You'll Do

Lead Testing Execution: Perform both manual and automated testing to validate product functionality, ensuring features meet business and technical expectations before release.

Own Automation Frameworks: Develop, execute, and maintain automation test scripts and frameworks using tools like Selenium and Cucumber.

Enhance Test Strategy: Continuously refine test cases and plans to improve maintainability, reliability, and coverage—both for positive and negative test scenarios.

Collaborate & Communicate: Work closely with the development team, reporting bugs through tools like Azure DevOps, and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Stay Curious: Keep up with new QA methodologies, tools, and trends to ensure we’re leveraging the best approaches available.Requirements:

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field—or equivalent experience.

3–5 years of experience in QA Automation using Selenium and Cucumber.

Proficiency in Java and understanding of frameworks like Page Object Model and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).

Experience building automation frameworks from scratch.

Familiarity with Azure DevOps, SQL Server, and Agile methodologies.

Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Experience with speaker bureau programs or Life Sciences software.

Familiarity with the Speakcore platform.
