Job location:- Boston, MA ( Remote is allowed )

Contract Period:- 5 Yrs

Need US Citizens

At least a Master's Degree in statistics, data science, computer science, informatics, or another health data-related field

Three plus years of proficient knowledge of statistical analysis and visualization of clinical data

Three plus years of experience with navigating, interpreting, and visualizing large-scale biomedical data for research

Experience and expertise required include:

Visualization packages and software

Proficient in R Shiny, Python

Knowledge of JavaScript

The candidate shall also have experience with the following:

Experience with medical ontologies and organizing/mapping Electronic Health Records

Experience with forming knowledge networks and complex analysis and visualization of EHR-based data.

Experience with the development of novel data models and phenotyping methods

Experience with grant-funded scientific research projects to support the visualization of clinical research findings
