What You'll Do:
You'll play a key role in telling Polk's story and helping us win work. This is more than marketing, it's strategic storytelling with measurable results.
Pursuits
Craft compelling RFQ/RFP submissions, proposals, and interview presentations that help Polk win projects.
Lead content creation with storytelling that aligns with client goals and Polk's strengths
Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to develop persuasive narratives, visuals and templates
Coach internal teams in interview prep and presentation delivery
Strategic Marketing
Maintain and update a high-quality library of marketing content (resumes, project case studies, experience lists, photos, graphics, differentiators)
Research new opportunities and market trends to support growth in construction and service through strategic research, opportunity tracking, and data analysis
Analyze data and explore insights to support business development and growth
Prequalifications
Produce professional, on-brand prequalification packets
Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather and maintain accurate, confidential data
Brand + Thought Leadership
Support Polk’s sales team through creative campaigns, events, and sponsorship strategies
Write industry award submissions that highlight our people, projects, and innovation
Help build Polk’s voice in the industry
What You Bring:
2-5 years of experience producing winning proposals in the AEC industry (preferred)
Intermediate to proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and Microsoft Office Suite
HubSpot experience, AI tool familiarity, and CRM/database know-how
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
CPSM or APMP (preferred)
Skilled in content writing, editing, and storytelling
A team player who builds strong internal and external relationships
Full-time
