They are seeking experienced L2 Field Technicians for their team in Austin, TX or East Hartford, CT – ideal for a proactive tech professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced healthcare environment. What We’re Looking For:

2+ years in IT Field Service

Strong troubleshooting, hardware/software deployment skills

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Ability to identify, escalate, and resolve onsite technical issues

Experience with ITSM tools and a proactive work style
