Job Description
Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction project from planning to implementation
Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
Ensure quality construction standards and use of proper construction techniques
Prepare internal and external reports regarding job status
Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging issues
Coordinate and manage all project resources
Ensure compliance with legal requirements, building and safety codes, and other regulations

The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Multifamily Ground Up Project Manager Boulder' should have:
A strong background in construction project management
Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software
Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, regulatory approvals etc
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
