Job Description
Join an innovative and fast-paced Quality Department where your attention to detail and passion for continuous improvement will drive real impact. We're seeking a dedicated, integrity-driven professional to lead key quality system functions-including audits, inspections (NDT and dimensional), and process optimization-in a collaborative, global environment. In this dynamic role, you'll manage internal and external audits in line with AS9100 standards, oversee critical Quality Management System (QMS) indicators, and collaborate across departments and international sites to ensure world-class compliance and performance.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading external and internal audits from planning through corrective action closure
Managing QMS indicators such as Quality Alerts, Escapes, 8D/RPO, and CAPAs
Overseeing document control, records archiving, and continuous audit improvement
Coordinating and certifying internal auditors

The Successful Applicant
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as science, engineering, or engineering technology, or at least 3 years of experience in manufacturing as a Quality Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Strong expertise in leading Root Cause and Corrective Action (RCCA) processes.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
