As the manager of the Digital Ecosystem team, you lead a team of experts in business processes, product design, UI/UX, cloud and data analytics as well as state-of-the-art software engineering to build the future of our digital ecosystem which creates digital experience for customers, dealers and sales staff.
With more than 1,100,000 vehicles on the road and over 550,000 connected trucks that might be the biggest IoT devices to date, we receive billions of signals every day, that creates a unique opportunity for our customers, dealer and business to disrupt out of the core of our value chain. You are responsible for building an ecosystem that connects and orchestrates existing digital solutions and platforms, enhances them with IoT data and sets the organization up for future development right into this environment. This team is the key enabler for our service strategy around connectivity, warranty, maintenance, financial and many solutions that we will offer.

Position offers a starting salary range of $144,000.00 - $184,000.00 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA
Building the Digital Ecosystem for the largest commercial vehicle manufacturer in the world which creates state-of-the-art experience for customers, dealers and sales staff
Lead the end-to-end integration of diverse systems within the digital ecosystem - including SaaS platforms (SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce CRM & CPQ), custom cloud-native applications, legacy systems, Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Payment Gateways - with a strong focus on API management, secure data exchange, and scalable interface architecture to enable seamless, compliant, and efficient business operations.
Oversee the development, optimization, and support of the Salesforce CPQ platform, enabling the Connectivity Services product catalog, revenue recognition, and transactional system.
Champion a data-driven, market-informed product vision & strategy for Customer and Dealer portals, and own the portfolio roadmap and lifecycle.
Own and drive the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of a key Connectivity (Vehicle Telematics) solution, specifically focused on Mapping and Geofencing capabilities, ensuring alignment with customer use cases, regulatory requirements, and DTNA's broader connected vehicle vision.
Effectively lead, mentor and build the product management team while working together to create world-class digital product capabilities.
Establish process to systematically understand customer's needs and wants. Drive strategic and operational product decisions using the voice of the customer.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive leadership in North America but also globally to bring features and products to market that bring value to our customers, and continue to drive DTNA's technology leadership position in the connected vehicle space.
Negotiate strategic business development agreements with third party connectivity partners to deliver value to mutual customers.
Oversee product requirements and coordinate product pilots by working directly with fleet customers and the dealer network.
Ensure teams have the full context and understanding of the customer and business environment to create valuable solutions.
Drive alignment of portfolio priorities utilizing SAFe, Agile and Scrum methodologies. Effectively design product delivery plans based on priorities, set clear/measurable objectives and deploy team resources appropriately to achieve business goals.
Ensure successful cross-functional collaboration by ensuring that agreed upon KPIs and specifications are achieved for new, complex product(s), upon delivery by DevOps team.
Proactively identify and resolve issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals. Knowledge You Should Bring
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Digital Marketing or related field and 8+ years of professional relevant experience
Experience of building, managing, retaining and coaching interdisciplinary teams in the tech or transportation industry
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high performance, cross-functional product management teams that scale
Ability to provide clear direction, set measurable goals and give insight on commercial vehicle, transportation and technology industry trends
Strategic thinker, with strong organizational skills, and ability to present work to executive stakeholders
Experience working with cloud-based platforms, and delivering software products and services in a fast-paced environment
Experience working in sales, aftersales and with dealerships
Ability to communicate, influence and partner effectively using strong verbal and written communication
Ability to establish credibility through vision, thought leadership, technical expertise and implementation
Experience working in a global business environment
Tools: M365 suite, especially PowerPoint, Excel and TEAMs, Jira, Confluence, Unity, Unreal, Adobe Experience Cloud
