Scheduling Coordinator (Home Care)

Nightingale Private Care is a home care agency seeking a full-time Scheduling Coordinator. To be considered for this role, you must have experience in home care.

Job Responsibilities:

Scheduling caregivers to meet the needs of clients.

Update EMR system with schedule changes and visit authorizations.

Communicates with team members across different departments to effectively coordinate client care.

Makes sure complaints regarding scheduling are adequately resolved.

Participates in the on-call scheduling rotation.

Other duties as needed. Role Qualifications:

One year minimum of home care scheduling experience.

Great customer service and communication skills.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work well in a fast-paced setting.

Ability to handle multiple projects and changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
