Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outside Sales Account Representative to join our team and drive growth within the (IA, IL, WI, IN, MO, and KS) territory. This role offers an exciting opportunity to represent trusted brands in the automotive sector and contribute to our long-standing legacy of excellence.

The role of an Outside Sales- Account Executive is to develop and grow a profitable sales territory by building relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the Automotive Refinish industry. As an Outside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence and achieving revenue targets through effective communication and strategic sales techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training on products.

Call on jobbers for sales opportunities.

Be a resource on tech issues, shipping issues to vendors.

Process and follow-through on account requests to completion.

Communicate with admin support on orders when necessary.

Knowledge of territory trends and needs of the client base.

Create sales plan for assigned territory and report revenue goals to VP of Sales.

Plan daily activity to achieve planned revenue targets.

Plan vendor training and marketing events as needed.

Stay up to date on continuous changes in product lines from manufacturers.

Report all health and safety incidents to immediate supervisor.

Ability to lift 50lbs unassisted or up to 300lbs with a dolly.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including Company Handbook

Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

Ability to travel minimum 75% of work schedule.

PBE experience a must - Paint, Body, and Equipment

Proficient computer skills in Microsoft office

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to follow and execute sales plans.

Consistent Sales Performance

Good problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills

Exceptional organization and time management skills

Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record

Experience: 2-5 years sales experience (PBE experience a must)

Compensation Package:

We offer a competitive salary package commensurate with experience, base ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 per year (based on experience). In addition to competitive base pay, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
