We are seeking an experienced and driven Branch Manager to lead our Michigan Title Insurance Agency office located in Taylor, MI. What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

• Coach and develop a high-performing escrow team

• Partner with sales and affiliated real estate professionals to drive growth

• Manage file flow, customer satisfaction, and team dynamics

• Serve as the local leader and liaison with corporate support teams

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of title/escrow experience; 5+ years in a leadership role required

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• Operational excellence mindset and attention to detail

• Clear communicator who can inspire and hold others accountable
