Saint Paul, MN Contract-to-Hire 12-Hour Rotating Shifts (2-2-3 Schedule)
Day Shift:7 AM – 7 PM Night Shift:7 PM – 7 AM Step Into an exciting Role in Plastic Manufacturing!
Join a fast-paced, growing team that specializes inblown film plastic products. As a Machine Operator, you’ll be hands-on with cutting-edge equipment, helping to produce high-quality plastic rolls for a variety of industries. ️What You’ll Do
Operate and load blown film machinery
Palletize large and small plastic rolls
Perform quality checks and identify defects
Use hoists, change cutting knives, and switch barrels
Collaborate with team members to keep production flowing
Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant workspace What You Bring
1+ year in an industrial or manufacturing setting (preferred)
Experience with plastics, extrusion, or injection molding
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8–12 hours
Forklift experience is a plus
