Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Picker and Packer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the efficient handling and processing of building products within our facility.

Responsibilities

Put away building products in their designated areas.

Replenish products as needed to maintain stock levels.

Empty containers of product and organize them accordingly.

Load trucks with products for shipment.

Perform typical pick/pack duties efficiently.Essential Skills

Experience in packing and picking using RF scanners.

Proficiency in order picking and general material handling.

Capability to unload products efficiently.

Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Accountability for personal work and willingness to own up to failures.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience as a Reach Truck Operator or in operating forklifts is a plus.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Our facility is a spacious 250,000 sq. foot building located in Aberdeen, Maryland. We offer two shifts: 1st shift from 5:30am to 2:45pm and 2nd shift from 12:00pm to 8:45pm. The environment is conducive to productivity and teamwork, providing all necessary equipment for optimal performance.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Perryman, Maryland.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.50/hr.
