Job Description

We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team in Bath, ME. In this role, you will operate a large production mixing machine, ensuring efficient and precise mixing processes.

Responsibilities

Operate and manage a large production mixing machine.

Measure materials accurately according to work instructions.

Load and unload materials efficiently.

Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues with the machine.

Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure quality production.Essential Skills

Experience in production, machine operation, or general labor.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.

Strong English skills in reading, writing, and speaking.

Excellent attention to detail.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Prior manufacturing or labor experience of at least 6 months.

Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled environment around 50 degrees.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The position is set within a large open production line that is temperature-controlled to around 50 degrees, ensuring comfort throughout the shift. While some areas may be colder, this role will remain in the designated temperature zone.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bath, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $19.00/hr.
