Fabricator – Sheet Metal (No Welding)

Location: San Antonio

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Work Environment: Indoor, climate-controlled machine shopPosition Overview

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator to support the production of high-quality lighting products. This role requires expertise in sheet metal fabrication—welding is not involved. The ideal candidate will be proficient in operating laser cutters and punch press machines, performing machine setups, and conducting quality inspections to ensure precision and accuracy in the fabrication process.Key Responsibilities

Operate laser cutters and punch press machines for sheet metal fabrication

Perform machine setups to optimize efficiency and maintain production quality

Review and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings to ensure adherence to specifications

Fabricate workpieces with precision and attention to detail

Conduct quality inspections using calipers, tape measures, and gauges to verify compliance with required standardsQualifications

Prior experience in sheet metal fabrication

Proficiency in using calipers, tape measures, and blueprint interpretation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality assuranceBenefits & Growth Opportunities

$0.50 pay increase upon conversion to full-time status

Annual performance reviews with opportunities for merit-based raises

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
