Machine Operator

Job Description

Located in Appleton, WI

Salary: $17.00 - $19.00 /HR

Hours: Monday-Friday, 6:00am- 2:30pm

Pay: $17.00 -$19.00 /HR

Duties:

Monitor and operate coffee roaster machines to ensure proper function and safety

Control roast temperatures, timing, and quantities to meet production specifications

Perform regular quality checks on roasted coffee to ensure consistency and standards

Assist in other production areas during roasting cycles (typically 20-30 minutes of runtime)

Keep the work area clean and organized to maintain food safety standards

Follow all safety and operational procedures

Qualifications:

Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred, but not required

Strong work ethic with a reliable attendance record

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently without assistance

Physically capable of bending, pulling, stooping, and lifting throughout the shift

Team player with a willingness to help where needed
