Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Job Description

Operate CNC machines in a manufacturing environment. You will load raw materials into the machine, utilize micrometers and calipers to inspect parts as they come off, and read basic work instructions.

Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines to manufacture parts.

Load raw materials into the machine.

Inspect parts using micrometers and calipers.

Read and follow basic work instructions.

Handle materials and ensure quality inspection throughout the process.Essential Skills

Experience in manufacturing, ideally with machine operation.

Ability to operate any CNC machine with a computer-controlled interface (CNC Mills/Lathes, Routers, injection mold, extrusion, even printing).

Experience inspecting parts in manufacturing using hand tools like micrometers and calipers.

Mechanical inclination with a minimum of 6+ months of relevant experience (lube tech, construction, or shop class in school).Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong interest in learning CNC machine operations.

Ability to articulate interest and ask insightful questions during an interview.

Experience in manufacturing or machine operation.Why Work Here?

Enjoy a $3/hr shift differential, and competitive base pay starting at $16/hr, with potential earnings of $19/hr for 2nd, 3rd, or weekend shifts, which is above market average.

Work Environment

The work environment is not temperature controlled and can get hot during the summer due to the machines. It is a very safe environment and highly team-oriented, with team meetings every shift. Collaboration and teamwork are essential.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $25.00/hr.
