Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Job Description

Our client, a dynamic leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Material Handler/Forklift Operator to join their team. As a Material Handler/Forklift Operator, you will be part of the operations team supporting efficient inventory management. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience in forklift operation, strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler/Forklift Operator

Location: Fairbury, IL

Pay Range: $20 per hour

What's the Job?

Forklift Operation

Utilizing computer systems, including MRP and Microsoft applications

Operating forklifts and overhead cranes to unload trucks

Maintaining accurate inventory records

Ensuring a safe and organized work environment

What's Needed?

One year of forklift operation experience is required

Ability to operate forklifts and overhead cranes

Basic computer skills for inventory management

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Willingness to work Monday - Friday from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm
