Machine Operator

Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a proactive attitude, and excellent teamwork skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Green Bay, WI

Pay Range: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience

What's the Job?

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.

Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.

Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Document production data and report any discrepancies.

What's Needed?

Some experience with CNC machinery is preferred, but factory experience with non-CNC machines will be considered.

Ability to work 4–10 hour shifts from 4:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Thursday.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.

Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
