Job Description

Join Regal Staffing Services and play a key role in developing innovative prototype components. We are seeking an experienced TIG Welder in Richardson, TX with a strong background in fabrication and a passion for precision.

Shift/Pay Rate:

Pay: $25.00/hour (DOE)

Shift: 1st Shift Monday–Friday 6am to 2:30pm with Overtime as needed

Key Responsibilities:

TIG weld aluminum tubing and components in accordance with production specifications and quality standards.

Inspect welds for accuracy, strength, and appearance; correct defects as necessary.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical instructions related to weld layout and tolerances.

Assist in training and mentoring coworkers on proper welding techniques and process troubleshooting.

Use grinders, jigs, and hand tools to prepare and finish welded materials as needed.

Requirements:

Proficient in TIG (GTAW) welding techniques, specifically on aluminum.

AWS D1.2 or equivalent TIG welding certification preferred.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.

Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and standing for extended periods.

Prior experience in a manufacturing or production welding role strongly preferred.

Stable work history required.

Must pass a background check and drug screen.
