Responsibilities

Operate and monitor production machinery following established procedures.

Set up and calibrate computer systems for accurate machine operation.

Perform minor preventative maintenance to keep equipment in peak condition.

Check product quality and ensure it meets specifications through routine testing.

Report any defects, abnormalities, or equipment malfunctions.

Assist in keeping the workspace clean and organized.

Support the operator with machine startups, adjustments, and regular operations.

Properly label and dispose of rejected products.Essential Skills

Strong computer skills are necessary, as machines are fully automated and operated via HMI screens.

Ability to perform physical labor in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in industrial or labor-intensive industries, such as construction, asphalt, or concrete work.Why Work Here?

The pay range for this position is $57630.00 - $68157.00/yr.

In a steady growing industry (turning recycled product into cardboard boxes). Many employees/supervisors moved from one of their northern plants o the Richmond Plant. Will have a steady supervising unit.
