Job Description
Join our team as a Trailer Mechanic/Welder where you will perform various repairs on different trailers daily while also utilizing your welding skills in a dynamic job shop environment. If you are a tech graduate and willing to get your hands dirty, this role offers the perfect blend of mechanical and welding tasks.
Responsibilities
Perform brake jobs on trailers
Repair and replace doors
Repair and replace interior and exterior side walls
Repair and replace roofs
Repair and replace marker and brake lights
Fix dolly leg issues
Conduct floor patches
Fix air compressorsEssential Skills
1+ years of experience as a trailer mechanic
Proficiency in mechanical repair
Experience in trailer repair
Ability to work with welding toolsAdditional Skills & Qualifications
1+ years of working with hand tools and power tools

Work Environment
Work in a mid-sized trailer repair shop equipped with over six bays for repair. Embrace a work hard, play hard culture where time sensitivity is key, and enjoy the fun and camaraderie amongst colleagues. This environment is relatively dirty, so being comfortable with getting your hands dirty is essential. The role operates on a first shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $38.00/hr.
