Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Participating in the process of exploring and completing usable construction document detailing solutions.
• Coordinating with a variety of engineering consultants to integrate systems into the design.
• Working with team members and clients to coordinate deliverables
• Performing initial set-ups for new REVIT projects
• Managing models throughout the design, production, bidding and construction administration phases
• Assist with construction administration duties in document review and preparation.
• Assist with project close-out tasks - archiving/standard details/project specific REVIT content
• Creation and Management of REVIT families and other REVIT content.
• Must be able to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations
• Additional duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
• Skilled in working with REVIT and proficient in working with industry standard software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
• Demonstrated ability to interact with senior management, consulting engineers, and vendors
• Technical knowledge of Architectural elements and coordination familiarity with Structural, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, Electrical and Low Voltage systems
• Must have a quality mindset and be self-motivated
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Master’s degree in architecture preferred or bachelor’s degree meeting licensure criteria required
• Must be actively pursuing licensure.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience working with REVIT in an architectural firm.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
• Office Computer Work – Prolonged sitting and/or standing during working hours.
• Ability to lift to 25 lbs.
• Drive to jobsites to review existing conditions
