What does the ROLE entail?

* Responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions * Strong guest service orientation in order to ensure high guest expectations * This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience * Fast-paced environment that requires continuous standing * Other duties may include processing forms of payment, responding to guest inquiries, and upselling hotel rooms.
