Resident Assistant

Job Duties include: * Completion of all tasks related to resident care and unit operation * Encouraging resident's independence and participation in social activities * Observing and reporting changes in resident's conditions * Providing compassionate services and guidance to the residents * Provides daily personal hygiene and care * Charts electronically and on sheets (as needed) at appropriate times and at completion of tasks * Ensures all supplies are adequately accounted for and maintains charge book as directed.

Accounts for all items used by residents.

Requirements: * Education: High school diploma or G.E.D.
