Job Description: The Field Service Engineer's role is to aid internal & external customers when facing a technical question or challenge.

The objective of the Field Service Engineer is to understand the question or issue, discover all the answers and options available then suggest the best answer or resolution that ultimately ensures the customer's needs have been met.

This includes remote diagnostics or onsite customer visits to repair and maintain HydraFacial device's.

Customers include both internal sales and external customers and businesses.

What you'll do: Machine Servicing & Repairs * Undertaking regular services on Hydrafacial devices at customers sites.

* Create service schedule plan for service contract in place.

* SME for telephone queries to customers for system diagnosis remotely.

* Maintain correct inventory management of spare parts to service devices.

Inspect and prepare machines prior to delivery * Checking and preparing Hydrafacial devices when they arrive at the HFX centers.

* Co-ordinate with the Logistics team for inbound planning of devices to ensure they are prep in a timely manner.

Administration * Administration and planning related to the above activity.

* Raise purchases orders for spare parts usage.

* Manage own diary to best co-ordinate time efficiently.

* Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of service action and customer interaction.

Other Tasks * Make travel arrangements to facilitate engineering & service requirements in designated locations/customers.

* Travel to various (customer) sites to perform maintenance and repair on electro-mechanical devices.

* Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: * Field Service Engineering experience, preferably in a Technical/Medical device related field * Direct interaction with customer and end users.

* Ability/experience in troubleshooting and problem solving * Ability/experience instructing and educating customers on product use * Excellent oral and written communication as well as interpersonal skills * Excellent organization and follow up skills, ability to prioritize and multitask * Driven and motivated to help others, support coworkers, be a team player & enhance morale * Meticulous, detail oriented and strive to minimize mistakes and duplication * Ability to learn, discover answers, retain new information and share the knowledge * Ability to identify with customers and build rapport * Ability to maintain a positive & professional demeanor, exercise good judgment at all times * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Self-starter and motivated to excel at work Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: * Carry out Repairs, Maintenance and Service of HydraFacial devices.

This may be in-house or field-based across France * Represent and perpetuate HydraFacial's customer service values * Promptly respond to incoming customer inquiries by phone, via chat or video call, Zoom etc.

* Complete and accurate data entry and documentation of customer interaction * Follow up on customer inquiries and document response * Provide feedback and participate in procedure/process improvements * Collaborate with Technical support colleagues to close out customer queries Education, Experience, Requirements: * Previous mechanical/electrical engineering experience required.

(Medical device or similar). Minimum of 3-5 years * Previous experience in technical support, customer service industries * Familiar with computer systems/software, Word, Excel, CRM, ERP etc * Flexible working approach needed, predominantly field based but with some office and repair center requirements * Valid clean driving license * Fluent in French.

Plus, English Desired: * Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.

* Other language skills.
