We are looking for a few highly motivated, goal-oriented Production Supervisors to join the team in January 2025!
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for the efficient and safe daily operation of the production lines while leading and developing employees.
Pay range: $70,000-$77,000 based on experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES * Supervise daily production operations to ensure quality products within established timeframes and cost standards.
* Monitor Key Performance Indicators for efficiency, safety and effective cost management.
* Assist quality assurance through ongoing monitoring of procedures and regular testing.
* Provide input for materials management ensuring cost effective purchasing decisions and inventory control methods.
* Ensure required training in place and full compliance of all policies and procedures, health and safety standards on the production floor.
* Involvement in training, developing and coaching of employees.
* High level of communication and updates with Production Manager and operations team, daily and monthly.
