Part-Time Property Manager - Argus Court/Argus Green (53 Units) Location: 3400 Vision Center Court Columbus, OH 43227 Hours: 28 hours per week About Us: National Church Residences is a leading provider of affordable housing and senior services with a mission to provide high-quality care and service to our communities.

We are currently seeking a Part-Time Property Manager for our Argus Court/Argus Green communities, which consist of 53 units serving residents under Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD programs.

Job Summary: The Property Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations, maintaining high occupancy, and delivering exceptional customer service to residents.

Key Responsibilities: * Manage daily operations of the property, including leasing, rent collection, and resident relations * Ensure full compliance with Section 8, LIHTC, and HUD program requirements * Maintain accurate resident files and complete required reports in a timely manner * Utilize Yardi property management software for resident management and reporting * Coordinate with maintenance staff to address work orders and property upkeep * Conduct annual and interim recertifications, move-ins, and move-outs * Collaborate with regional managers and compliance teams to meet operational goals Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred * Minimum 2 years of experience in affordable housing property management * Strong knowledge of Section 8, LIHTC, HUD regulations * Proficient in Yardi or similar property management software * Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Passion for serving residents in an affordable housing setting Benefits: * Competitive pay * Flexible part-time schedule * Paid time off and holiday pay (pro-rated for part-time) * Opportunity for professional development * Supportive work environment National Church Residences offers an excellent total reward package that includes: * Medical Insurance -several options available * Dental, Vision, Life & AD&D Insurance and Flexible Spending accounts * Paid Time Off (PTO) and Paid Holidays * Retirement Plan including pre-tax contribution with 100% match up to 5% of your pay * Reimbursement for Tuition expenses * Employee Discounts including Tickets, Retail, etc.
