Description We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Issaquah, Washington.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring smooth front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service.
This position offers an opportunity to showcase your administrative skills and contribute to the efficient functioning of the office.
This is a 2-3-month contract with potential for permanent placement.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented environment.
- Manage a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, file organization, and maintaining records.
- Coordinate concierge services, addressing inquiries and fulfilling requests promptly.
- Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary materials.
- Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to create documents, manage schedules, and communicate effectively.
- Provide support for scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service and operational efficiency.
- Assist with other office duties as needed, contributing to a smooth workflow.
Requirements - Proven experience in administrative assistance or front desk coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Ability to manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Demonstrated experience in customer service and concierge services.
- Skilled in data entry and maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
