Description This is a full time position (40 hours a week). \n Candidates can choose from:\n Five 8's: 11p-730a, M-F, every other weekend, 2 holidays a year (rotating)\n OR\n Four 10's: 9pm-730a (4 10's), rotating M-F, every other weekend, 2 holidays a year (rotating)\n Wiling to training in CT \n Radiology candidates who accept a part-time or full-time position with University Hospitals are eligible for:\n\nCompetitive hourly rate \nEnhanced PTO for candidates with 5+ years of relevant work experience\nSign-on bonus ($10,000 for full-time or $5,000 for part-time). \nTuition reimbursement after six months\nCareer Ladder Progression\n\n What You Will Do\n\nDemonstrates successful technical/patient skills by efficiently implementing CT scanning protocols and procedures in Diagnostic CT.\nPatient care during visit to CT according to expected service excellence standards.\nUse administrative skills to contribute to the successful operation of the department.\nCollaborates effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers and staff.\nInitiates and maintains positive relationships with patients/customers and co-workers.\nAdheres to hospital CT safety standards.\nTakes responsibility for self-development and supports a learning environment.\nProvides age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.\nCollaborates effectively with co-workers in a timely manner while displaying a positive attitude.\n\n Additional Responsibilities\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nComplies with all policies and standards.\nFor specific duties and responsibilities, refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation.\nMust abide by all requirements to safely and securely maintain Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct and UH policies and procedures are in place to address appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.\nQualifications Education Qualifications\n\nGraduate of an Accredited Radiologic Technology program (Required)\n\n Experience Qualifications\n\n1+ years as radiologic technologist (Preferred)\n\n Skills and Abilities\n\nUses a variety of equipment specific to the area, including CT scanners, power injectors, and various computers.

(Required proficiency)\nAbility to perform procedures specific to area.

(Required proficiency)\n\n Licenses and Certifications\n\nBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) (Required) and\nRegistered Technologist Radiography (ARRT-R) and Current Ohio license.
