If you’re a self-sufficient, resilient person who enjoys working in a fast-paced, fun environment, then we’re looking for you. At Mancuso Crossroads our Inventory Manager will oversee the inventory process from start to finish by managing target inventory levels and online presence. Qualifications
Inventory Manager Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Help acquire inventory, including possessing street purchases.
Maintain stocking levels.
Trigger and execute arbitration and transportation claims
Manage wholesale units to include weekly log for visibility
Track inventory through the whole process
Provide feedback and analysis to purchasing team
Conduct lot merchandising
Deliver ongoing quality assurance for all lot vehicles
Provide Inventory quality assurance (Aged inventory inspections)
Reporting when needed, i.e. SIMS data, sales trends.
Call customers to acquire bikes for inventory.
Maintain online listing including uploading pictures and descriptions.
Lead Trade and bucket jumper walk every morning.
Asset with dealer trades and trade-in units

Minimum Qualifications:
Inventory Manager Qualifications:
Two plus years prior powersports industry experience
Strong computer knowledge including spreadsheets, word processing, order entry, inventory systems
Strong math, analytical and problem-solving skills required
Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow up consistently
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to utilize our technology and stay current with our technology training
Ability to take ownership of the details – large and small
Decision making that demonstrates good judgment
Have a general knowledge of motorcycle mechanical operations
Have a clean motor vehicle record and clean criminal background record
Maintain a motorcycle endorsement/ license
