WCS Healthcare Partners is seeking a local contract Radiology Technologist for a local contract job in Shrewsbury, New Jersey.Job Description & RequirementsSpecialty: Radiology TechnologistDiscipline: Allied Health ProfessionalDuration: 13 weeks40 hours per weekShift: 8 hoursEmployment Type: Local Contract WCS Healthcare is currently seeking a radiology technologist for an on-going contract assignment at an ambulatory surgery center in Shrewsbury, NJ.\n Job Function:\nPosition patients and adjust equipment to obtain images as requested by the physician.\nSet up, operate, and maintain x-ray equipment in compliance with policy and procedure.\nExplain procedures to patients to ensure understanding and comfort.\nMinimize radiation exposure to patients and staff by adhering to radiation protection techniques.\n \n\n Job Requirements: \n Graduate of an accredited radiology program.\n\n ARRT registered with Radiography (R) certification.\n\n New Jersey Radiologic Technologist State Certificate.\n\n Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.\n\n Driver's License.\n\n 6 months of paid working experience in Radiology required.\n\n\n \n \n Disclosure: The hourly rates and/or salaries listed may or may not reflect total compensation packages including bonus and fringe benefits, etc., nor are the advertisement(s) posted a guarantee of a certain compensation package for a position or bona fide offer of employment.
