My client is seeking a skilled Japanese Translator to support their translation efforts on an as-needed basis.

Overview:

We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Contract Japanese Translator to support various translation needs as they arise. This role involves providing verbal and written translation assistance to ensure clear communication across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide verbal translation during meetings, calls, or other spoken interactions as needed.

Translate documents, emails, and other written materials between Japanese and English, ensuring accuracy and cultural appropriateness.

Maintain consistency and quality in translations across different types of content.

Collaborate with team members to grasp the context, tone, and nuances of the material for accurate interpretation.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in both Japanese and English (spoken and written).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality translations.

Ability to work on an as-needed basis with flexibility to meet project requirements.

Familiarity with business or technical terminology (preferred but not required).
