Job Description

SportsMED Orthopaedic Surgery & Spine Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to join one of our Neurosurgeons.

- At least 3 - 4 years of experience as an RN in a surgical specialty office setting or acute post-surgical patient care setting.

- Great communication skills with fellow clinical team members and patients.

- Current RN licensure in the State of Alabama.

- Impeccable organization skills, attention to detail, and follow-through.

- Willingness to travel among SportsMED’s clinic locations and flex time to support other physicians’ clinics, as needed.

- Experience supporting both physicians and physician extenders (Nurse Practitioner)

SportsMED is a multi-specialty physician practice headquartered in Huntsville, Alabama, with satellite locations in Madison, Athens, and Decatur. Our 44 providers vary in specialty from orthopaedic surgery, spine & neurosurgery, physiatry, and podiatry.
